Impact Report 2025

Journey for a Better world

We believe that travel has the power to create meaningful change. Kensington Cares ensures that the positive impact of travel extends well beyond the journeys we craft, and inspires our clients, advisors, and trusted partners to help us get there—supporting global conservation efforts, alleviating poverty, and uplifting communities through education, opportunity, and empowerment.

Changing the world,
one journey at a time

Changing the world, one journey at a time

Kensington and the entire Range group of companies was founded with philanthropy as a core pillar. For over 20 years we've started every fiscal year thinking about the good we can do and then set our sales and operating goals to fund those big aspirations. We have always been about making a difference in far flung places with our Mara West education projects, and Nekton ocean preservation missions. But as our company has grown we've also realized the importance of doing good at home. Reflecting on the year behind us, I’m proud of how intentionally we set priorities, executed with effort and care, and met those goals. Always rooted in our values and guided by our purpose.

Exploration, curiosity, and discovery are hallmarks of travel, which is why we increased our investment in understanding and protecting the natural world. Through our Exploration & Conservation pillar, we supported work that studies our environment and tells meaningful stories that inspire protection and stewardship. At the same time, we strengthened our commitment to people—because what makes a journey truly unforgettable is those who shape it. By expanding funding for Poverty Alleviation, we’re working to remove barriers and create pathways to economic opportunity. In turbulent times, we remain steadfast in supporting organizations that are creating concrete, sustainable change.

This year, through new partnerships, we expanded the footprint of our charitable support to reach more of the countries where our suppliers operate and our clients travel. In doing so, we aim to give back to the communities who share their culture, landscapes, history, and hospitality with us.

None of this is possible without the people who stand behind us—our employees, suppliers, clients, and partners. When we come together, the impact we can create is exponentially greater. This year, our community more than doubled the funds raised in support of this work, and for that, I am deeply grateful.

Thank you for your continued trust and support as we move into a new season of meaningful change.
