Our reach is global,
Our impact is personal

As we close out this year, it’s astounding to reflect on what we’ve accomplished together. Through the collective efforts of our employees, members, suppliers, clients, and partners, we granted more than $6.8 million to organizations creating meaningful change. This support expands access to education and clean water in Kenya, empowers women farmers in Rwanda, invests in youth through sport and outdoor education, and advances exploration and conservation across land and sea. Our impact this year was global in reach, yet deeply human in its outcomes.

How we achieved our results is just as important as the results themselves. By matching donations, investing in long-term partnerships, and supporting focused, outcome-driven projects, we have continued to strengthen a culture of giving across Kensington and the Range network. Employee-led initiatives, alongside client and travel partner engagement, demonstrate that social impact is not a side effort: it is embedded in how we work, collaborate, and lead.

Looking ahead, our commitment remains strong. We will continue to increase our funding, broaden who we support and where, and invest in organizations that deliver measurable, lasting impact. By prioritizing efficiency, transparency, and distinctive partnerships, we aim to ensure every dollar creates the most meaningful change. Thank you for being part of this journey. Together, we are building a future whereby ranging the world, we can change it for the better.
